PILATES BOX FLOW FROM PLANK TO PRONE WORK. 💪♥️💅 I love this series I use often in my classes to bring friends on top of the box safely. Starting in plank on the platform of the pilates reformer we love into pikes and then control front, later adding a push-up. I completed this on one light/blue spring. Climb onto the box and add one strap to the foot for oblique sweeps. Again, add a push-up with the leg in arabesque. Then externally rotate the same hip and kick back with the weight of the box
